This Privacy Policy describes how Clout Studios ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Brainrot Empire mobile application (the "App").

By using the App you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Information We Collect

Brainrot Empire is designed to collect as little information as possible.

Information stored on your device only:

Game progress (Clout score, level, upgrades purchased)
Daily streak and session data
In-game settings and preferences

This data is stored locally on your device using standard browser storage (localStorage). It is never transmitted to our servers or any third party.

We do not collect:

Your name, email address, or any personal identifiers
Location data
Device identifiers
Contact lists or photos
Financial information

2. Advertising

The App displays rewarded advertisements provided by Google AdMob. These ads are shown only when you choose to watch them in exchange for in-game rewards. No forced or interstitial ads are shown.

Google AdMob may collect certain data to serve ads, including:

Advertising ID (resettable in your device settings)
Approximate location (country/region level)
Device type and operating system
Ad interaction data

This data is collected by Google, not by us. You can review Google's privacy practices at policies.google.com/privacy. You can opt out of personalised ads at any time in your device settings under Privacy → Ads.

3. Children's Privacy

The App is intended for users aged 13 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except as described in the Advertising section above regarding Google AdMob.

5. Data Security

All game data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted over the internet. We have no access to this data and cannot retrieve or delete it remotely. You can delete all game data at any time by clearing the App's data in your device settings.

6. Your Rights

Since we do not collect or store any personal data on our servers, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete. If you wish to reset your game data, you can do so by clearing the App's data in your Android device settings under Settings → Apps → Brainrot Empire → Storage → Clear Data.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
